President
A former Marine, Rolando has a diverse background nurtured through his experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Rolando brings with him experience in operations, sales, product management, business development and sponsorship strategy.
Adam Samara
Creative Director
Adam is a New York City-based copywriter and creative director, who has worked at various advertising agencies since 2007. His background includes TV commercials, digital display, social media campaigns and even radio.
An avid sports fan, he’s had the honor of working with athletes like Drew Brees, J.J. Watt, Simone Biles, Lindsey Vonn, Jarvis Landry, and many more on sports sponsorship campaigns for Verizon, Hershey’s and Reese’s.

With a diverse background of agency, in-house, and freelance work, Eric brings a decade of design and photography experience to Shelby Park. He's as passionate about developing and marketing brands as he is about racing.
